One of the most decadent ways of utilising left over bread is to churn it into a bread pudding. Traditional recipes call for using an oven for preparation. However, the same recipe can be easily made on stove top with a little bit of slow cooking in the dum-style way.
The choice of bread can be anything - white bread slices, multi-grain slices, ladi pav etc. Eggs are indispensable in this recipe and play the role of an emulsifier to bring the pudding together. So here is how the recipe goes:
